No shipping fee can be refunded.

Offer valid for standard shipping option to domestic addresses. We use SF-Express or Hong Kong Post randomly for orders eligible for Free Shipping. Please select the alternative shipping method at checkout to get them faster.

Customer who wants to collect orders at the store must be selected on the payment page. We cannot change the shipping method for you.

Please allow 0-2 business days for processing. *Some exclusions will apply for Holidays.

All processing or delivery time are estimated. We do not responsible for any loss because of delay.

Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) before 2 PM will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the following business day. We will do our best to ship ASAP.

Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Information includes:
Product information: Products name, color and the amount of ordering
Personal information: Email address, your full name, and phone contact number
Delivery information: Recipient's name, recipient’s telephone number, and shipping address
Payment information: Clear pictures of bank transfer receipts, and submitted to us for verification. We are not responsible for all of the bank transaction and payment errors, please check carefully for the bank account no. and the amount of any bank transfers.
2. All products information is based on the manufacturer's design, color, model, or information provided by the supplier. The images provided on this website are for reference purposes only. When the arrivals of products, no return or refund are not accepted with any reason of color different of reference images or product design.
3. Based on health considerations, all health care products, edible food are not allowed to be the return or exchange; so please check carefully after the arrival, or the pickup, or before opening the package, otherwise no return or refund are not allowed.

In the following cases, refund or exchange of products will be accepted:
4.1 Supplier is out of stock: After the customer placed the orders and pre-paid, but the products in supplier’s inventory is 0, For this, we will provide customers a refund or an exchange of product
4.2 Quantity or style is different from the placed order: Any difference of amount or style are found when the receive or arrival of products, we will be responsible for the refunds or to rearrange the correct amount or style.
4.3 Products damage: After the arrival of products, we will double check if there is any damage affects the original function that cannot be eat or used ( for example : expired obvious stains, holes, etc.. ), Generally product with normal defects and quality problems ( such as : box crushed, Thread, glue stains, individual routes are not neat etc,), will be counted acceptable quality of products.
As all any pre-order cases meet our pre-order or order refund requirement, the refunds or returns procedure will be taken place, it will normally be completed within twelve working days, and the refund will be refunded back as the payment method.
At last, In case of any dispute, Phone 2 Dog Co. reserves the right to make the final decision on the refund, return or replacement of all goods.

為確保訂單有效,客人訂單一經付款確認後則不能提出取消或更改,所以客人在下單前必須確保下列資料正確無誤,而下列資料錯誤所引致的問題我們不會就此承擔責任。

商品資料 : 貨品名稱、顏色及訂購之數量
個人資料 : 電郵地址,客人姓名及聯絡電話
運送資料 : 收件人名稱、其聯絡電話及送貨地址
付款資料 : 清楚拍攝整張入數紙,並且提交給我們作核實。 客人所有入帳之錯誤,我們均不負責。煩請於銀行入帳前檢查清楚轉帳之戶口及金額正確無誤。

所有商品以生產商之設計、顏色、型號及產品資訊,或供應商所提供的資料為準,本網站所提供之圖片只作參考之用。若到貨後,客人以跟參考圖片有色差、產品設計不同的理由,而申請之退貨或退款一律不受理。

在以下情況下,本店會進行全數退款或換貨 :
3.1 供應商缺貨 : 如在客人下單及落訂後,而該貨品於供應商貨存為0,對此,我們會為客人進行退款或更換其他商品。
3.2 數量或款式與訂單所訂的內容不乎 : 如客人取貨時,發現所到貨品之數目或款式與原先下單內容不乎,我們會對此負責,並為客人進行退款或替客人再訂回正確的數目或款式。
5.3 貨品有損壞的情況 : 貨品到貨後,我們會為客人檢查清楚所訂之貨品是否完好無缺。若貨品之損壞情況會影響到原有的功能而不能食用或使用(例如:過期、破洞、有明顯污跡等等。), 然而一般的商品瑕疵及品質問題(例如: 外盒壓爛,線頭,膠水漬,個別位置車線不工整等等。),則當作正常貨品可接納的品質條件。
4. 基於衛生之考慮,所有護理用品、衛生用品、已食用的食品,都不作退換;故煩請客人在到貨後、或取貨時、並在打開包裝前,檢查清楚所訂之貨品是否完好無缺,否則其後所有均不作退換,敬請注意。
如預訂貨品乎合本店的預訂貨品退款之條件,退款或退貨程序一般會於七個工作天內完成,會跟據客人付款之方式而全數退回。
最後,如有任何爭議,Phone 2 Dog Co.保留所有預訂貨品退款、退貨或換貨的最終決定權。
