PRE-ORDER AND ORDER POLICY
預購和訂購政策
The following will set out the terms of all order and pre-order, please read carefully. Regardless of any way to purchase the products, including WHATSAPP, Facebook or at Phone 2 Dog Co. website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of ordering.
Choosing online ordering,
1. If ordering via the website, click and choose the product and put into the cart, then proceed the payment.
2. Please provide the proper email address, phone number, and full name, which we could confirm the order with you afterward.
3. Please remark in the comments if there are any specific requests
4. Please choose the proper delivery method, as SF Express and Hong Kong post are our default couriers. So please remember to provide the receiver name, contact phone number and diversity address, to make sure the goods are delivered successfully.
5. Please choose the proper payment method, Credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or cash are available for Hong Kong customers. Credit card, Paypal, Bank transfer are available for Macau and international customers.
6. Please send us the receipt after bank transfer via replying our order confirmation email or facebook message, and you feel free to contract to confirm the payment.
7. At last, Please patiently waiting for our arrival notice, the general order process duration time is 2 to 3 weeks, if any delay, it will be noticed further.

如選擇網上下單，

在網站“精選預訂”中選購好貨物後在商品頁面按“現在預購”，然後到購物車結帳

請填妥電郵地址，電話及姓名，以確保我們可以確認客人的訂單。

若有特別要求或建議意見，請在留言部分註明。

請選擇合適的送貨方式，我們使用順豐快遞和香港郵政快遞為預設快遞服務提供者。 姑請妥善填寫收件人姓名，電話及運送地址，以確保貨品能成功運送。

請選擇付款方式，如使用香港客人可以選擇信用卡、Paypal、銀行過帳或現金付款，而澳門客人和其他國家客人可以信用卡、Paypal、銀行過帳銀行入帳付款。

若使用銀行過帳方式付款，入數後請以Facebook，或在回覆確認訂單之電郵，向我們提交有關入帳收據相片。歡迎與我們聯繫，以確認付款。

最後，耐心等待我們的到貨通知，一般訂貨期為2至3星期，如有任何延誤，本店會再作另行通知。
